Any employee found to have exhibited any inappropriate conduct or behavior against others may be subject to disciplinary action. The company may terminate its business relationship with any contractor that acts in a manner counter to these expectations. Employees who believe they have been subjected to any kind of discrimination that conflicts with the company’s diversity policy and initiatives should seek assistance from a supervisor or an HR representative. To the extent any of our business partners believe they have been subject to behavior counter to the expectations described in this policy, they should raise such concerns in accordance with the notice provisions set forth in their contract with the Company.
